Postage

Postage is a flat rate £3 in the UK or £6 via Courier.

Overseas postage is based on weight.

Delivery

We try deliver your order right away but please allow 4 - 5 business days in the UK, 6 - 10 in the Rest of the World via Airmail; Surface can take up to 8 weeks. In exceptional circumstances please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

Returns

If we send you the incorrect item or there is a fault we will give you a full refund or send you a replacement; whichever you prefer.

Returns are based on case by case basis but as a rule of thumb we would refund you the purchase price of the item but not the shipping charge or costs.

We will exchange your item if you change your mind but we will only despatch the replacement after we have received the original.
