We realise that many people are uncertain about using their credit or debit cards on the web. So this is how we protect you:

1. We use Worldpay to process your payments.

Worldpay are part of the Royal Bank of Scotland and when paying for your shopping you use the Worldpay website. You will notice during the checkout that you are transferred to the Worldpay website. This is nothing to worry about, it just means that you give your details to them on their encrypted website (which is confirmed by the Padlock displayed in your Browser). They then send us an email stating that your payment has been made. We never, ever, see your credit card details; neither does anyone else.

2. Our checkout pages are all encrypted

From the moment you start the checkout process your shopping cart is encrypted. This means that no one else can see what is in your cart, or your personal details, as they are transferred over the Internet. Once again the padlock will be shown in your browser to confirm this and proves our site is secure.

3. We are at the end of the telephone.
